Megan McKean for Maxwell & Williams

I’m so thrilled to finally share my latest project with you, after almost a year of waiting to be able to spill the beans! I’ve teamed up with the iconic Australian label Maxwell & Williams to produce a vibrant range of homewares!

The Cities Collection by Megan McKean includes 25 pieces, inspired by some of my favourite cities around the world. Rome, Paris, New York, Melbourne, London, and of course my beloved home city of Sydney. Full of icons and landmarks and the sweetest mementos of places I've loved in a variety of items to have at home. Colourful coffee mugs, sturdy travel tumblers, cheery coasters and placemats, and beautiful porcelain trays, all adorned with my signature illustrations!

Working with Maxwell & Williams and bringing such a substantial collection to life is such a dream come true. When I made the decision last year to close McKean Studio’s Souvenir Store and stop production of my items, it was my hope that it would leave room for being able to work with brands that were the best at what they do in their different areas. I had hoped I could work with companies that excelled in their different areas, and in turn make my work more accessible for everyone. I can’t imagine a better partnership than what we’ve created in this collection and producing the pieces we have means there is an item (and affordable price-point) for everyone, without having to compromise on quality.
