Easter Fika
Easter fika with friends at home, and their lovestruck sausage dog, Frank. The star of the show was Joshua’s delicious homemade hot cross buns, something I look forward to him baking every year. Introducing a Swede to the delicious, buttery art of eating a hot cross bun (and even going rogue and adding the piece of Easter egg to the mix) was so fun. I love celebrating Easter in the spring in Sweden… the novelty of daisies and daffodils is still one of my favourite things!
