Windmills, Waffles & Tomatoes

A visit to Mollebackens Restaurang had been on my to-do list for summer, and when we were last passing through Helsingborg it seemed like the perfect excuse to stop for fika! Set beneath an old windmill, the restaurant is known for its waffles, and of course, its beautiful view over Helsingborg.

On the way back to Malmö we took a little detour to Tomatens Hus, the sweetest farm boutique where you can buy so many different varieties of tomatoes — as well as herbs and plants for your garden.
